Irresistables Reborn Heat Set Paint (IRHSP) Matte Varnish is a brand new formula that when applied over the desired paint surface creates a matte finish. You can mix this product with any of our other IRHSP mediums to make it thicker. For example, by adding it to our IRHSP thinning medium, it will make the thinning medium thicker depending on your preference. This product is compatible with any oil based heat set paint products.
