YOU MUST PREP THE VINYL or (baked polymer clay) BEFORE PAINTING!  Without a proper prep coat on bare clean vinyl, failure is likely.  No amount of “sealing” the paint will work if the paint isn’t sticking in the first place.  We recommend WaterBorne Clear Base Coat and Surface Prep.
