We will replace or refund on any kit that is unpainted and is found to be genuinely faulty! You must contact us within 48hrs of receiving the kit to let us know. We will require clear photographs and possibly a return to inspect the damage. You will be responsible for return postage initially.
If the kit is found to be genuinely faulty, your postage will be remibursed.
All Guarantees are void if painting has started. This also applies if the vinyl is heated as we cannot predict what could become defective. The vinyl can crack or bubble which is not the fault of the manufacturer or the inspection process. If you decide to heat your vinyl you must do so at YOUR OWN RISK.
