Please note that we leave the name area open so you can write in the name of the kit you purchased. This is a general open edition certificate that we use for all of our Ping Lau kits. (See photo).
The baby you see in the photos is not what you will receive. All of our doll kits are finished by artists that have allowed us to use their photos for example purposes to show what the doll kits can look like when they are finished. The kit includes the unpainted, vinyl parts only. Bodies will not be included unless otherwise stated.
All of our doll kits and other products are brand new and are stored in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment.

Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer this option so that you can reserve your product and be sure of getting it once it comes in. When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between Mott & Gido Ltd and our customers that you will honour by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent.
We will only send invoices when the item is in stock and ready to ship and not before. Once the item becomes available for shipment, we will send you an invoice for the balance due through your account or we will email you to make different payment arrangements if requested. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 10 working days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made. If the item is not paid for within the 2 weeks, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.
In the past we were much more lenient about this but due to the amount of non-paid invoices, it is essential for our business to enforce this policy. Thank you for understanding.
